Work day on new to us boat

Got the old name off the boat. New name Mersea ( pronounced Mercy) ordered. Should be on the boat by Monday.

Some time sorting through the lines the previous owner included. Sorted storage by length. Mixture of white and black lines - Admiral has specified black lines, so working on ordering.

Figuring out systems - different than what I am used to with SR. Not better or worse - just different. I would finally figure out the combination of breakers and switches to get lights on - then had to figure out how to get them turned off.

And some new fenders - Black

Spent a couple of hours working with the company that is redoing our satellite system, going with a KVH M7. TV will soon be on this wall.

Other miscellaneous things going on all day. Got to the boat at 7:30AM, left at 6:30PM.

Long day - but any day on a boat is fantastic.

I think my favorite thing is the bridge deck aft. Reminds of a Riviera or Maritimo.

We looked hard at Martimo, but this won out.

The aft part of the bridge - we are starting to call the balcony. Even if we keep the dock box ( which we will for a while ) - there is still room for 2 deck chairs and a table.
