    They couldn't get to the nearest fire hydrant???
    I wonder why they couldn't drop a hose in the lake and pump lake water on the boat?

    Its an estuary in a harbour so, salt water. I guess they don't like putting that through their pumps. The fact that people were parked over fire hydrants and hadn't been ticketed is a bit concerning though. You'd like to think flick and his mates could get to the water when they needed it.
