How cold is too cold for my boat to be outside?
Im taking my boat out of heated storage tonight and it may still get pretty cool around here in the mornings, so I ask will my boat be ok if it sits out. Do I need to worry about a frost overnight?

you will be fine.. many "cheep" folks who store their boats at my marina do not even bother to cover them other than the mooring cover. Must be time for wax on wax off???

"a frost overnight" won't hurt you. Temps below 30 for hours on end is a different story. Ask yourself What temperatures do you expect and for how long? What are the temps expected to be during the day? This time of year I doubt you'll have much to worry about unless Hudsonville is some how excluded from global warming.

You'd have to be at or below freezing for several days before it would cause any harm. The only thing will be that you will have to wait for it to warm up before you can wax.

Thanks for the idea of posting some pictures every few weeks to show how the teak oil holds up to the elements. I plan on using the Daly's teak oil and from everything that I've read it seems to be...
