Boat wont go above 10 knots

Hello,
I have a 2008 195 sport with about 20 hours on it. I had it in storage for the past 2 years with a full tank of gas. Before boating season i tried to get as much gas out as i could but there was probably about a gallon or so left. I filled it back up with new gas and the boat worked fine the first day. the second day the boat would not go above about 10 knots. It starts up fine but when you give it gas it just boggs down and eventually dies. we replaced the fuel filter, anti siphon valve, carb filter and tried adjusting the carb with no luck. It is a 5.0 TKS by the way. Thanks for any help!

Had similar problem when I bought my first boat (28 footer with twin 3.6 V6). It sat for 1.5 years before we used it. There was water in gas tank. Mechanic sucked out the water using an oil suck pump the hand held one used to change oil. Both engine filters were half full of water. Changed filters a few times and it worked well after that.
