1995 Sundancer 230DA deck plate caps (gas cap) - who made them?
Can anybody recognize these deck plates on my 1995 Sundancer 230DA? My water cap has broken and I'm afraid my gas cap will soon follow. The SeaRay parts list calls them out as Perko brand parts, material Celcon. I e-mailed the photos to Perko and they replied that they didn't think the parts were Perko parts! The caps have a screw underneath that attaches a plastic retainer strap (instead of the typical chain) to keep the caps tethered to the boat. Anybody have a source for replacement caps and/or know the OEM part numbers? Thanks!

I'm stumped. I thought my '94 230 had stainless Perko's on it, but now I'm thinking they might be that ABS plastic stuff. Anyway, if you cannot get the exact OEM units, they should be easily enough replaced with a variety of aftermarket (including Perko) brands. There are only a few industry standard sizes of deck fills. Just measure and order. Good luck!
