Need Quick Answers ... SeaRay 220SD .. Dead in Water
Ok coming into the Marina no wake idling in, Boat just goes dead . Had to pull on trailer with rope . Got boat cranked again by knocking outta gear & pushin on gas but when you put back in neutral boat goes dead .. Plus you get 2 warning beeps . I opened hatch and turned key over to see if fuel pump was pumping which it does for bout 5 seconds every time you turn ignition on . You could hear the pump pumping . Anybody got any ideas what my problem is ? Thanks in advance

Sounds much like a failed IAC, what engine are you running with?
Scott of the most excellent Sea Ray "Destiny".

Sounds a lot like a IAC gone bad. I just changed mine 2 days ago for a similar issue although I was able to get mine restarted and back to the ramp. Easy fix took me 20 mins to change including the time taken to clean and dry the flame arrestor.

Thanks to both y'all above, I think y'all are correct, after I read your post I remember having similar incident 5 or 6 years ago with the same symptoms plus there was warning beeps then and that's was what it was

most likely heading out to ship island for the weekend! Thankful for all the military that have fought and are still fighting for our freedom!
What are you doing this weekend?
