    Broke it today...

    Bad day for my 320....

Long story, but basically my starboard drive is stuck in forward. Why...because I went from reverse to forward while there was still throttle applied. Had to get some help getting in the slip with one engine and no power steering.

What kind of damage did I do?

Dallas, go down in the bilge and see if you can manually pull the thingamajig to the neutral position. How high was your throttle at the time of incident?

So, the actual gear shift knob is stuck in forward gear?

Yes a BIII is a cone clutch, but if he engaged at a high RPM the Clutch can sieze its self to the inside of the Cone on the gear. High speed mixed with quick metal to metal contact, with the oil leaving quickly will weld/sieze itself together.
