Help stop the bleeding! Need new faucet trim rings.
My 1997 270 has the faucet pictured below and the rings that make up the handle are peeling their chrome plating and the "brass" has black spots below the finish. My guest got a nasty cut on the peeling chrome recently. The round end caps on the handles screw off and the rings then can be moved or changed. Can new rings be obtained? Who made the faucet? I only want the chrome rings. That is my faucet in the picture, so as you can see, it is in good shape and functions great. Anyone replaced one of these and have it around?
Thanks for looking, MM

I think it was made by Grohe but I cannot find the model number anywhere.

It seems a lot of sea ray boats have itc faucets. Mine are Grohe. You can always email seaway and find out the original supplier.
If your wanted to replace the onetime tire fauet it would be easy to do also and you could use any brand.2000 Sea Ray 270, 7.4L Mercruiser Bravo 3

Re: Help stop the bleeding! Need new faucet trim rings.
I have the same faucet, and i had it out this spring to clean the diverter. Inscribed on it were the following:
"Grohe A112.18.1A 97 07 L".
The "1A" part was not real clear, so that is a guess as to what it said. So i believe the faucet is made by Grohe. I have no idea if the rings are available. I have superglued one of the rings that was broken, and that repair has held up fine. I am not having any problems with the chrome plating.
