Same stuff. Put in a new zip, select a store there and you can get a different price. I put in the zip for Cincinnati and it shows the $2.98 price.

I would call and ask.

Just FYI.....The price in my area at Lowes was 4.98 per gallon and I called and they sold it to me for the 2.98 per gal price (nice find!)

I found the MSDS on the walmart product. It is Propylene glycol
