    2006 290 Amberjack Air Conditioning

Every time I store my Searay Amberjack on my boat lift the water darins out of the air conditioning system and it will not work the next time I go out until I am moving in the water. Is there a check Valve that can be installed in the inlet line to prevent this water bleedback so I can run the air conditioning as soon as I lower the boat in the water?

There should be a seacock installed right before the AC strainer. I keep my boat on the lift and either I prime the AC when idiling out for the day or if I remember I close the seacock before I lift it out of the water. You just have to remember to open it the next time you drop the boat in the water.
