Just pulled the trigger
I just pulled the trigger on a sedan bridge 300. I have a few smaller boat, all of which are for sale and have been looking for a nice cruiser. I really wanted a sport fish type boat and finally found a great deal on the Sedan Bridge. I am an Authorized Garmin Premier Vendor and it will definitely show once the boat shows up at my shop to be "prepped".
i was working on making a great dive boat out of a Mako 224 center console but once I saw the Sedan Bridge I totally lost interest in the Mako.
Besides all the Garmin stuff I will be doing a bunch of Seablaze underwater lighting. I use them pretty regularly at the shop and have always had good luck with them.
I cant wait to get the electronics and some small maintenance things done and get her back in the water.
What do you all think about "The 12 Volt Man" for a namce for her?
I have been doing 12 volt stuff for about 15 yrs now so it seems fitting.
See ya at the docks.

Re: Just pulled the trigger
Congrats on the new baby. As to the name, that might be a bit of a mouthful to say on the VHF.

Re: Just pulled the trigger
Congrats! At which marina you going to keep it? I get up to Charleston some when I'm in Beaufort.
I agree with Gofirstclass. How about "Direct Current" as a name. Has a little bit of a nautical ring to it and still represents your work.-- Bill

Welcome aboard. MM
"Bail-outs??? Back in 1990, the Government seized the Mustang Ranch brothel in Nevada for tax evasion and, as required by law, tried to run it. They failed and it closed. Now we are trusting the economy of our country and our banking system to the same nit-wits who couldn’t make money running a whore house and selling whiskey!”
