Water level aside. It is as clear as I have ever seen it. All the recend cell phones and wrenches appear to a hands reach away now. I'm up foe a good winter/ wet spring to get this pond back up. Two more weeks and we make the long ride to port for the haul out.

KC I'm still in the water, snow flurries and all. I think it's coming out this weekend. So much for my wifes "there's bound to be another nice weekend".

Michigan CITY trail creek is very low our 310 sundancer was sitting on bottom not floating . Some parts are only 3 feet deep, a friend of our has a 450 sundancer at trail creek that had damage to the bottom of their boat from a old tree stump it looked like a beaver ate the bottom no hull breech thank god

Re: Lake Michigan Low Water
Normally, I am sad to have the boat hauled in late October. This year I pulled on Oct. 5th, and am relived. As said above, trail creek in Michigan City is really shallow now, and when I pulled into the fuel dock at B&E Marine, the bow was in the muck. Makes for an easy docking experience though, just power in and you're there. No need for dock lines and such, the boat just kind of sits there like a Ko-jack in a pig-stye.
There was barely enough water to get the boat onto the slings at B&E then, I imagine it's worse now.Scott of the most excellent Sea Ray "Destiny".

. I'm guessing you pulled the boat and the cabin fever crazy talk is already starting. Bring on the heavy snow weather Eh!

There is nothing like that first day back on the water!! Thankfully down in South Georgia we can boat year round.
