Supplier Praise - Kenyon and Seafarer Marine Supply
Hi Guys,
I thought with all the bad dealers and maintenance guys around (that I have dealt with during my purchase of my 310DA) - there are two that stand out as giving exceptional service (to me anyway!)
1. Kenyon - I have a broken heating element on my cockpit grill. After 3 emails in 1 hour forwards and back to Frank from Kenyon - they are shipping a brand new heating element to me - I only pay for shipping. That is SERVICE!
2. Seafarer Marine Supply - I have bought a few Kohler parts from them - and was having an Injector clogging issue. Despite me and my boat is now 8000 miles away - Mike from Seafarer went above and beyond - and found a Service Bulletin for me - applicable to MY serial number - that can be the cause for my problems. (My local Kohler dealer is not "super") And Mike knew he couldn't fix the problem or earn a dime on it - and provided excellent service anyway!
That is SERVICE! So I can recommend both companies without any hesitation.
