Rotating batteries? Alternators? huh?

My port side batteries are my house and starboard handles the helm. I replaced the port side with J185H Trojans to handle the extra load required to run the fridge and whatnot for long periods of time. I would check with a CAT dealer to ask about the alternator swap prior to doing it just in case.
