03.5-08 340DA Cabin Entry Door Truck Replacement

My friend has an 05 340DA. One of the roller "trucks" has broken loose from the bottom side of the door. I believe it is the truck located furtherst to the Starboard side of the door. I have heard the helm has to be removed to do this repair on other models but have not read about doing it on a 340DA. Any tips are appreciated! Sure as he** dont want to take that entire helm apart. Thanks

I've replace my door tracks ( top,bottom) twice at 500.00 every time by a searay dealer

The Marina I storage at tried to order door tracks online couldn't find any he said thewas a sea ray part only & had to be order from a dealer

Yeah I saw that last night. Didnt have a chance to call them today. From what I understand the OE parts are no longer available at all so you have to buy the track/truck kit from FP and replace all the trucks and the tracks. That looks like the way to go though. Also get aluminum tracks to replace the plactic ones. Need to call them.
