Re: Ok stripe or no stripe?
I just replaced the salon/foredeck and bridge stripes. Just peeled right off. If not, VERY careful use of a heat gun does the trick. How did you take the stripe off?

Re: Ok stripe or no stripe?
I vote for the stripe. To me it is a touch of class. Without a stripe the boat just looks unfinished. IMHO. It still comes down to what you like for your boat, go a season without it, as you can add it at any time.

Re: Ok stripe or no stripe?
I "like" mine only because I can use it to tell how the boat is sitting in the water, not for any aesthetic reasons.
If you think about the last 10 boats you've seen, can you really remember how many of them did or did not have a stripe? Or have you ever thought to yourself, wow that boat would look so much better if it had/did not have a boot stripe?
The point is, the only person who is going to notice your stripe status is you.

Re: Ok stripe or no stripe?
THANKS ALL!
I will get the stripe on the other side as it seems to have won out by your opinions.

Reason I asked is on iBoats.com forum, when asked about the Regal 2760/Sundancer 270 having the T4.3L V6, some people say sometimes planning takes times, and when loaded it might not perform great. :)
