Re: Weather Updates East Coast??
Well thank you very much greatly appreciate it. Although I have yet to help to many (nobody really wanted it) I have donated to the csr relief fund and am sending blankets sweatshirts and so on to si. Just a little very sad story from yesterday. My father is a firefighter out of Manhattan. He was stationed in si yesturday to help with the cleanup. He called me about 5pm hysterical crying. Well he was going through debris and found a young girl with arm flootys on. Sadly she had passed away in the storm. Just heartbreaking. When he walked in the door last night after his shift he was a mess. He had the same look on his face as he did when returning home after 2weeks at ground zero loosing 75percent of his firehouse. (A look I will never forget) this just pushed me a little more. So starting as soon as I can (pending work) I will be taging along with him on his shifts. Train to manhatten and on his fire truck to si to be by his side and help clean up. He says there are children animals and people everywere something the news has yet to show. He explained it as describing a third world country and just sad. I'm asking people tojust please b generouse and use your good fortune to help others.

Re: Weather Updates East Coast??
My apologies if I posted this before, It has been a long week. My shore house neighborhood was completely flooded, my house flooded, my deck and pool ruined (and not covered by insurance) I have been with out power for 6 nights. Thankfully my family and my boat are fine, but my dreams and plans have been changed. The NJ coastline has been devestated by Sandy. This video starts in Brick NJ, moves over to to BayHead then heads south to Mantoloking, Normady, Chadwick Beach and then heads back over to Brick. The houses on the ocean (around the 1 minute mark) were valued at 4 to 7 million each (go to zillow and check it out) . I still have my house which is more than most. My boating neighborhood has been devestated and Barnegat Bay has a very long (and expensive) recovery ahead.

With winter coming on probably not much will be done beforespring and the damage will be worse with frozen everything and the biggestproblem will be mold in all the houses. I was talking to insurance brokerswhere I work and they can see everyones premiums going up 15 to 30% throughoutthe country to pay for this.

...that's crazy...
Off. By the time we have warmed the engines up and ran for 10 minutes we have hot water. The last 2 nights we spent on the boat, we still had to use cold water mixed with hot for a shower in the...
