Re: Travel down the ICW.
Kahuna, Welcome CSR. Sounds like a very ambitious and interesting trip, have you done anything similar in scope? How are you planning to get to Norfolk Va.? I have not made the trip, but hopefully members who have first hand experience will chime in.
If you use the advanced search feature you can find threads that discuss their trips. Here is a recent post that I found. http://clubsearay.com/showthread.php...ht=Sailorjerry

Re: Travel down the ICW.
have been on the ICW in myrtle beach, SC and up and down in GA. it's beautiful. this summer, we're going to go down to at least daytona beach, hopefully further. we bought the big notebook binder guide books. it's 2 different one, one for above FL, one for FL. and we use activecaptain, too. we were looking for a marina to launch from in Jax, and on activecaptain, i could even find a launch with a good parking place for my truck and trailer via satellite.
