    Engine Access 390MY

Experienced a complete failure of seawater cooling pump that resulted in seawater entering port engine oil system. Does anyone have experience with removal versus rebuild of engine in place on 2005 390 MY with Cummins 6CTA8.3 diesel? Can the ceiling of the engine room/floor of salon be removed? Advice on best way to gain access?

    Thanks,

    Neil

    Re: Engine Access 390MY

It's my understanding that you remove your salon furniture, remove the carpet, remove the decking, then remove the headliner and cut out the top of the boat to remove the engine. You should contact customer service and they will send you the necessary information.
