There is a mercruiser y pipe that most boats come with......but you'll need to pull the motor to do it - I would check to make sure the corsa valves are completely closing/sealing - sometimes the get stuck....

The block is cracked in the valley - just pull the intake and you'll see it....that's where they all crack when frozen - It was clearly not winterized and if it pushed out the core plugs, it clearly froze and cracked....the only solution is a new or reman shortblock.....or grind the crack and JB...
Run the boat loaded as you will use it in a sea trial and judge for yourself.......some that own them say they are fine.....others upgraded to a 340 shortly after purchasing one.......I have run 2 with the 6.2s and I would never want one - cruise is at over 4000 rpm and it takes a while to get...
I'm sorry - but that actually looks really bad....if you stick a screwdriver up there it is probably mush - looks like that was caused by a stand or someone trying to lift the boat.....the exposed part looks like a stringer....needs further investigation - if it's isolated and can be dried up...
Calm down......we need a better pic......that may be the location of a through hull fitting - either way, im sure it can be fixed - either by doing it right (grinding the area inside and out and using layers of fiberglass resin and mat/cloth or.....putting a through hull there with a seacock...
