Yes. If you look at the stuff we had done. The prop shop reconditioned props and it came with a sheet which has the numbers after the reconditioning. I verified it against the OEM props in the parts manual
The rev limit at 3100 rpm is in neutral at the dock, that is normal. When under load at wide open throttle the rpms do not make it past 2400 on each engine. These are L29 MPI engines
