I have same problem with my unit. Just bought the boat (2005 SLX 250) and no sound coming from rear speakers, only the front speakers have sound. I have an amp and was assuming it was not working. But will try as you suggested. Thanks

I believe you are correct and Amp is dead. Can I replace with any off the shelf Amp? Or does the Clarion head unit require a special Amp?

I moved/swapped all 4 inputs and nothing changed. did not even stop the front speakers from working. That tells me the amp is doing nothing, which is what I thought. What do I check now? or just replace the amp?

where is the AMP fuse? Is it possible I get sound from front speakers if the amp is not working?

I have fade in neutral but moved back and forth and same. Just sound from front. I will try to change front and back inputs/channels but what will that prove?

I have the Marine 4 Channel AMP and nothing is coming out of the back 4 speakers. Not sure if there is a fuse blown or what. The front speakers are no where near as loud as they should be. Looking for things to trouble shoot.
