Official 320 Dancer Thread

Hi all! I’m new here! I have a 2002 320 Dancer and looking to upgrade some of the dash electronics. Looking for Multi-Touch displays. Any recommendations would be appreciated, or point me in the right direction. Thank you.

I am also a new 320 owner. What is the range at cruise speed for the twin 350 outboards vs the triple 250's?

Can you make it from Marco Island, FL to Key West, FL? And then from Key West to the Bahama's?

So my two-year-old Norcold down in the cabin is no longer cooling. I have power as the interior light comes on. Does anyone have any advice on some of the things I could check? I have been helping my wife's mom move into assisted living so not a boating summer this year. I am going back down to the boat tomorrow and see if it will coll using the 12V power source. The boat has been in the slip since the weekend of July 4th. I always turn the batteries off while we are away from the boat.

Any success with 12V?

Thank you for sharing HappyG! I’m still trying to figure out all options, or I might just leave it alone! But it’s nice to know what others have done!

Had a 320 with 6.2s for many years and went bigger but due to lack of use and career change may go back to a 32 temporarily. Anyone on here have the 6.2s with the B3s? Really want to stay v drive but power and fuel consumption of the I/O may be worth the switch …. Looking for reviews from current owners!
thanks.

I have 6.2’s with Bravo3. I’m really happy with my setup. A little more maintenance but not enough to be a bother to me. We cruise between 28-29 mph at 3,600 rpm burning right around 25 gph. The 320 v-drive boats ive been on have a real problem keeping the bow down unless you modify the tabs or run them up north of 4k+ rpm.

Yeah I had to drop my tabs all the way to get on plane with a loaded boat (people, fuel, water) once on plane I could bring the tabs up but I had to run 3800 all day to stay on a good plane, and adjusting the tabs just would give me drag not really help much with keeping the bow down

Hi, Has anyone replaced their DA320 fuel senders with the KUS SSS/SSL type senders? I am looking to confirm the lengths required (port and stbd are different I think) and what the access to the port side sender is like. Thanks

I like your camper back. Where did you get it? Can I order one from them? How much was it? I have a 2005 320.
This is a very old thread, but I got the work done by

Not sure if he’s still in business, but he was considered the best in town back in the day.

I have replaced my fuel senders with KUS and I am very happy.
The starboard tank uses a 21" length, the port takes a 20" sensor.
For ease of installation I cut a 6" hole in base of port side lounger just above fuel sensor and made a hatch removable access door for future work.
The job is quick and easy, as a precaution I had all batteries and shore power OFF

Hi all-

It’s been a pleasure going through the forums and learning more about our 2003 Sea Ray 320. We’re in the process of switching out the LED lights in the arch/exterior foot lights. Does anyone know the correct bulb size?

Appreciate it!

Has anyone removed their cockpit cushions to be reupholstered? How do you detach the seat backs?

Lift the hatch and there will be three plastic access panels there. 7/16” nuts on studs up there. Remove them and seatbacks come off
