Has anyone here changed their hailing port with the USCG? I went on to their website looking for a form, but couldn't find anything directly on point.

Mine says Nassau, Bahamas. It’s where the Pirate Ladies hung out. < bad choices of words.

Not sure if you have a mortgage/loan for your boat, but if so, the lender will need to approve the change as well. I just did that with mine this summer, since I noticed that my broker had originally put a different city than I had asked for. I never had any issue with it for 5+ years, but I decided to change it since I accidentally let my registration expire and had to go through it all anyway.

The CG will send a form that you give to your lender to get their approval on the change, and then you send that in along with the change form.

The above link is NOT the USCG Gov site.
I did change my hailing port about 3 years ago at the same time I did my annual renewal.
This link is for the USCG site and there are instructions on how to change your hailing port.
Update… a hailing port change is consider an “exchange” and the fee is $84.00

You beat me to it...you prevented Shoyrtt from being scammed, maybe he'll split the savings with you:D
