It's time to change the zincs on my engines but I winterized the engines a few weeks ago. Can I change the zincs now or will the antifreeze drain out and therefore rendering my winterization useless? I think the QSM11 has about 6-8 zincs in total.

+1...You will lose some anti-freeze but it won't affect your winterization (the water is out). If you used the anti-freeze with corrosion inhibitors everything will already be coated. I've done it after winterization several times. If you have any problems with broken or stuck zincs, you can use REDZn so you don't have to go fishing for them or open up the coolers.

The SST tubes will most likely have drained down by now. You will get a gush out of the fuel and trans coolers though.

I think you'll be okay, like the others have said you might lose a little bit of antifreeze. When I removed and replaced all of mine no raw water drained out so I guess mine are placed differently.
