Where is water fill located on my 1998 215ec?

Yup - pull the floor panel up. There is no "remote fill" on the outside of the boat like a gas fill.

Only if you've never looked under the floor... you do know there's storage under there, right? And there's storage under the storage.
 
Yes. I’ve opened deck panels and seen trays in there. Assume tanks are under those. I unscrewed that deck plate in picture and with quick look did not see anything. But I need to take better look there. We’ll be back to boat Thursday and will check it out. Thanks for tips. New to me boat. btw, changed out that gear oil reservoir that had slow drip. Easy fix. Horn had a blown fuse- when I replaced it worked but sounded like bad ground. The more I have used the better it sounds so will try to clean all contacts .

Any of you guys ever try anti fouling on outdrive?. Probably pros and cons. We get hit pretty bad here with growth and zebra mussels so I went ahead with the Interlux Primocon and Trilux 33 stuff.

Sure, it's a pretty common thing to do. You don't really need the primer since you're starting with a painted surface - don't think it will hurt, though.
