First time back to Club Sea Ray in quite a few years. Boating has changed considerably up here in Canada, as I am sure it has every where else in the world. Pulled HYDRO-Therapy out of the water yesterday, not expecting any major issues after all, last year I only found 2 zebra mussels on one...
Sorry about the delay but I have been off the site for several years now. I still have the boat and do not believe that it is particularly rare. As a matter of fact there is another boat just like it at our club, except that it has v-drives and mine has Bravo II out drives. A great boat, nice...
That is just so wrong.
Water can most certainly enter the engine through a bad exhaust manifold and those of us who have had to replace engines know it.
I believe in 92 or 93 Sea Ray marketed the 350 as a 370 although the hull and all dimensions including length overall remained exactly the same.
You will love your boat.
I told my Merc dealer that 140 is too cold for any engine to run at and put 160's in both of my 7.4's. My warranty expired a long time ago and close to 50 years of internal combustion experience tells me that 160 is better than 140 for big block engines.
Just my opinion, I know Merc says 140 is...
That is not a mid-life crisis. A real mid-life crisis involves getting rid of the wife and THEN moving to a newer model.
A newer, larger Sea Ray is merely a natural life progression.
Congratulations and good luck to BOTH of you.
All the best to you.
A member at our club bought a Bayliner 2755 at an online auction for under $1000. It was advertised as having a seized engine and needed full canvas. When he picked it up he found out that the trailer was only a couple of years old and in like new condition. There was a...
Exactly what I'm doing. Like Jim, I live near Charlotte and have never visited the museum. Untill NASCAR stops the manlipulation and lets the drivers drive I'm out. I don't understand how people can get excited when you know the races are rigged.
Yeah, that's right, the races are rigged. Give...
Comparing eras is almost always impossible.
Would Bob Gibson be as dominating a pitcher if pitching off the new lower mound?
Would baseball or football championships from the past be the same if you took away the wildcard or the division playoff series? At one time, in baseball you had to win...
You don't get to write history "what if..."
Sorry, today's NASCAR is what it is and you can say "but if only" all you want it still doesn't change the number of championship trophies that have been awarded whether Marlboro, Nextel, Sprint or what have you.
The record books will always record...
