    Trailer Hub Grease

I'm no expert, but I have always been told to not mix regular wheel bearing grease with marine grease. I'm in the process of repacking my 5th wheel bearings and I'm thinking about using marine grease in them because that's what I keep in my grease gun. Here's a Q&A from Etrailer about it. I buy...

Any Cattle Farmers on here, or Livestock, etc

It sure does. We only buy two, sell one. I don't end up getting mine for free, but it's really inexpensive. We figured it up one year, I don't remember the exact price, but we're under $2lb for ours. If I had room for one or two more mine should be free. Plus, it keeps me from having to mow the...

Any Cattle Farmers on here, or Livestock, etc

They weigh 50lbs. I buy them for my steers, I usually get two each spring, and butcher in the fall. You're right, they're heavy for their size.

Take me out to the ball game.........

The Peoria Sports Complex is my old stomping grounds. We lived about 1/4 of a mile south of there. It was all orange groves, we would ride our horses through them quite often. It was out in the middle of nowhere back in the day, nowadays not so much. lol

    radar arch removal for transport

I've removed the arch on my 07 310, it's definitely a two man job, unless you use ropes and pulleys as I did. I'm not sure how much difference there is in mine and the 02. As others have said, it's not necessary if you remove the stuff from the top of the arch. I did mine because I hinged it for...

Never been through a lock? Read on....

Yeah Mike, I 100% agree with your method. Maybe aerobatt77's method is best for the locks that he goes through, but your method is the best way for our locks. I also keep a razor sharp knife readily available. I took a short course many years ago at the Ice Harbor Lock given by the CG Auxiliary...

Sheen in exhaust water from Kohler generator

Mine did that last summer. When I went to change the plugs one of the wires had come off of the spark plugs, leaving it to fire on only one cylinder. I would check to make sure both plugs are firing. They make a spark plug tester.

    Buying Advice 2006 Sundancer260

That boat looks filthy to me. I'd be embarrassed to have a boat that looked like that, and to try selling one that looked like that. It makes me wonder how well he kept it up maintenance wise. It'd be a hard pass for me. There are too many 260's out there for sale. I had an 06 260 for several...

Self Checkout---Like 'em or hate 'em?

Job killers, plain and simple. Anyone tells you different just doesn't get it. Hate them. I like using the people employed for checking out.

Loading, Unloading, Parking Sundancer 240 Alone

I load, unload my 310 by myself. I keep it in a slip, but take it out a couple of times a year. Just don't get in a hurry, and don't worry if people are watching.

    Crazy football day

As a Seahawks fan, it's about time Pete was replaced. He has had the same game plan for 14 years, and rarely makes halftime changes. We went to their last game against the Cardinals, since we are in the area. I hadn't been to a game in 30 years, it was fun.

    Guns in Canada

You absolutely can take handguns in Canada. They have to be of a certain type, and barrel length, and the process is lengthy. We'll be driving through Canada to Alaska next summer, so I've read up on it a little bit. I've decided to just leave my firearms at home though, it's not worth the hassle.

    So, lets talk weather....

We are in Glendale, AZ for about six weeks. It's so nice and warm, it's shorts weather. Its going to be rough going home, (Eastern Washington State), at the end of January. We'll enjoy this while we can.
