    My experience is windless work til they don’t. You won’t hurt the new windless (imo) reusing the old rode. Is the old one rotating slower than it used to, or is it slipping on the old rode?

    Screws, stainless, magnet does nothing, it’s a pita, feel around with a screw driver. They start about an inch off the end, about center or a little down floor to ceiling wise I used a thin putty knife behind it to locate the screw…

    Starting to come together. Cut the openings for the hatches this morning. Put a couple pieces of the carpeted trim back on and cleaned up a mess. The router was great for cutting the openings, but made a mess Now to start building the hatches….
