Beautiful Lake Guntersville Alabama on 92’ 300 weekender twin 5.7s. Wanting to put on plane but having trim tab problems and afraid to hammer down without them.

I have a 92’ weekender 300 and my trim tabs a stuck in the up position. I just got the twin 5.7s
Working great and want to take the boat out now. Is it possible to get on plane and maintain cruising speed without using trim tabs. Any input on rpm and possible cruising speed would be appreciated...

I got the new impeller with no spacer rubber washer or housing o ring. I also ordered another impeller with the housing which includes o ring, rubber spacer, impeller housing and housing plate. I’m not sure where the spacer goes in front of or behind the impeller.
The 7miles were ran the day before and temperature was 155-170 with gauge. Water was exiting the boat like it should.
The next morning cranked the starboard engine and bluish smoke came out exhaust with no water so I shutdown engine knowing the impeller was probably shot. I ordered replacement...

Interesting and would like to get the manual you have if possible. Placing the thunderbolt in Maintence mode is where I got lost. I’m a good shade tree mach but very new to any electronics.
