not sure I want to go that big. It is 2 feet longer and 9ft beam (would be nice). I currently have the pad on my 220. I would like to sit back there when hanging out.
Thinking about upgrading to a slightly bigger boat. From my signature you can see I'm currently in a 2003 220 bowrider. Want to move up to 25-27 foot range. Don't want to buy new.
Are there any recent models 2011-2016 in the 25-27 ft size that have the rear lounge seats for hanging out...
Visor and Side Curtains for SeaRay 220 Bowrider- Blue.
-New never used
-includes packet of snaps
-visor and side curtains.
-When I bought them they said they were for a 2006-2007 model. I test fitted them on my 2003 220BR and they fit. I assume the years might have more to do with color than...
Honestly, I'm looking for something automatic. He keeps the pontoon at my dock. Usually makes 2-4 hour trips. They will forget to do the manual switch...heck I do that 1-2 times during the summer but my radio is off when the key is off.
Wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a low voltage disconnect.
My father has a Bennington pontoon. Not that it matters but it does not have a battery switch. Unfortunately he or his guest will frequently leave the accessories switch on. Sometimes they forget, sometime they will hit...
I feel bad for the guy. My wife didn't like doing it but she could get the truck and trailer and back it down the ramp.
Now with my boat lift I only have to launch once and retrieve once a year. Generally do it with another boater trading off helping each other.
When considering if the bucket method works, I think you need to consider where the people are posting from. There is a big difference between the Carolinas and upstate New York.
Personally I use the bucket method. We rarely get down to zero and when we do, my detached garage does not get...
Was pulling my boat yesterday. I drove my boat and my friend was doing the truck/trailer. When I got to the ramp I had to wait for the boat in front of me. A man was on the boat with 2 kids and a woman pulled up with the truck/trailer. The woman got out and came down to the boat. She...
there has been discussion of the hard shifting on older Bravo III drives. My 2003 Mercruiser 5.0 Bravo III is hard to shift from neutral to forward or reverse. Its not hard, its just not smooth or easy. I don't have a problem controlling it but if someone else drives the boat they do. It...
Video should help some folks.
I did a search of "mercruiser stall idle" and your video didn't come up. Maybe it takes time to get in the search feature. If not are there words to add that could help people find it?
Did you replace the IAC muffler? it is that piece of foam inside the throttle body in your video at the 2:00 mark. they can get dirty and cause issues.
I think my IAC failed because of heat (poor ventilation of a really hot day). I had tube hanging off the back of the boat which kept air...
dude, do you read any threads here? As stated this is classic IAC symptom.
There was thread last week that listed a part number at NAPA auto that would work for fraction of the price.
Check Amazon. Many parts can be delivered next day.
In the scheme of things does 20 hours matter? My boat is similar age to yours and I had 737 hours at the start of the year. would it really matter if I had 737 or 757?
Why was the key in the on position when the engine wasn't running?
