Not all those connectors are bussed through as you might expect, so it is completely normal to have no voltage on some outputs. Double check the connector that the keypad is actually plugged into, and you should see +12V. Any chance you lost track of which cable plugged into which connector?

Since these keypads are 100% functionally equivalent with the OEM you can mix and match. So you can replace just one side, or replace both, doesn't matter. The appearance is quite different than OEMs, so if you want a matching look you likely want both sides, especially in the gloss black. For...

Hi Mandi, I am the manufacturer of those aftermarket keypads pictured in the post (thanks Spark600!). My advice is to turn both batteries off and then back on while watching the keypads. Power cycling will re-initialize the communication link. That alone could solve the issue as the keypads...
