    We are listing our nice clean 410 dancer with CAT 3116's so that we can move up to a 460 dancer. She is a clean, always fresh water boat with several recent upgrades. Some of the highlights are new canvas, cockpit carpet, batteries, updated electronics, and exterior striping. I have buffed it out this year and wash her weekly, it is very well maintained in the engine room as well.
    She has just over 800 hours on her.

    One of the pictures has a wire coming out of the starboard window and is laying on the bow. Is that a permanent fixture, or a temporary thing? If permanent, is it a Bluetooth adapter, or gps radar antenna?

    Yes that is the sat antenna, it has a small piece of Velcro holding it in place. It could be gone in a minute or two.

    I have a showing tomorrow, maybe they will turn into buyers?
    We are certainly feeling a bit tentative on selling her. Hate to part with one we know so well, everything is working great... but there is always the draw to the next one.

    I wanted to thank everyone for the positive feedback on our boat listing. We had a nice family come take a look on Saturday and the showing went really well, they liked the boat. We have come to an agreement on price, now it is up to a successful sea trial.
    At this time I am somewhere between smiling and throwing up. It is such a great boat but I guess we should be happy and move on to the next big thing.

    Congrats on the pending sale and best of luck in the search for a new one. While I'm nowhere near that size boat yet, I know that I'll be feeling similarly when it comes time to put ours on the market and go bigger.

    There is a good , clean 46 for sale in my marina. Owner just bought a 60DA and needs to get rid of the 460DA.

    He moved up to a 60DA. Boat has been kept up. Made several trips up as far as Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard.
