Extremely difficult to find. I lost mine last year and came across one on ebay.

I epoxied it on so its never coming off.

Almost positive this is who I bought it from. I've got a 2001 340 and it fit perfectly. Uses west system epoxy to ensure it I wouldn't lost it again.
