Not sure where to begin. When I try to start the boat I get a constant alarm that sounds. Motor won’t even turn over. Appreciate all ideas and help.

We'll need more info. Alot. Turning over means cranking. Are you saying it won't crank, at all? Has it ever worked? Do you get any sounds when trying to crank? What has changed/work done since it last worked? Fuel injected or carb'd?

If I turn my ignition key to “on” with the battery switch set to “off” I get a constant alarm.

Is this the issue you have?

Boat was just taken out from storage and this was initial startup.
The motor is carb’d. The alarm is constant and boat acts like the kill switch is activated. When I say it won’t crank, I’m saying it likes something electrically won’t even allow you to try it.

Yes this is exactly the issue I’m having. However my switch is not off.

The alarm you have is because the doesn't yet have oil pressure. This is the same as it would have been every other time you started the engine.

(in bold)... flipping the kill switch to "off" will NOT stop the engine from cranking. Only from starting. Please explain better.

I’ve never had a solid alarm before when starting since it was new.
Pretend the battery is absolutely dead( which it’s not) the starter will not even initiate. Just a blaring solid alarm. This is the best i
can explain it. Trim works, blower motor, bilge pump all work.

OK, that clarification helps. It was unclear, before, whether it was not cranking at all or cranking but not starting. "Not cranking at all" it is.

You may never had noticed the solid alarm because you started the engine right away? It would stop as soon as you have oil pressure.

Since you just got it out of storage... did you have the battery unhooked and then re-hooked everything up? Maybe inadvertently crossed wires as you were hooking things up (shorting something out)?

Check all of your connections for correct, clean and tight at the battery.

Check for power at the starter relay. Including when turning the key. If all is good there, check for power at the starter solenoid, including the starter fuse (although I believe your boat is wired such that dash power comes from that fuse, so that would then be fine. But double check).

You're going to need to be very careful around the starter and not make things worse by shorting and causing sparks. You also need to be aware of where you are working and not hurting yourself with a starter/flywheel that may all of a sudden engage.
