540 Sundancer Refrigerator

I have a 2000 Searay 540 Sundancer and my refrigerator is leaking freon but has not gone completely out. I recharged it but it only lasted for about a week. It will only keep things slightly cool and the freezer is slightly colder than the fridge. I cannot find a replacement fridge that is the same size as the GE model that is in there now. I have checked Norcold and did find one that is the right size but it only comes with AC/DC AND propane gas. I don't need the propane. Does anyone have any suggestions or have you been through this? Help The size is 59 H x 23.5 W x 34 D.

If you don't need 12 volt, look at apartment size units. You should be able to find one

If everything else is right EXCEPT the propane, install it and just don't hook up the propane. A plug in the connection would seal it off.
