Add a trim Tab indicator to 1989 300 we

BB7C7478-F110-40DD-B14B-902452A98FF2.jpeg i just bought a 1989 300 weekender and want to add a led indicator. What would be the best way to go about doing so. Thanks in advance
 
This is the system I ordered. I haven't installed it yet. Installation involves replacing the upper hinges on your Trim tab actuators, and running wires.

First make sure you have a Bennett hydraulic system.


Update: Had the yard replace the cylinders (the ones with the sensors). I then ran the wiring myself. Been working great since installed.

I bought the kit, involves removal of caps of hydraulic rams to retrofit. Had mine all apart and put back together only to find out the “universal” kit I was told would work, wasn’t universal. Had to order a different kit for my Sea Ray. Just a heads up to double check.
