Blink Marine Electronic Interface Module (EIM) Replacement

I have a Sea Ray 320 with the touchpad. The starboard touchpad is not working. I am getting 12 volts to the circuit board/buss (not sure what to call it) where the power cable plugs into but the power out to the touchpad is only 0.4 volts. Does anyone know where I can get a new circuit board/buss? Or could the problem be with the keypad as well. Is there a method to jump the individual devices like the Windlass control to get the anchor working. Thanks.

I suppose, that if you can access the circuit board and figure out which circuit(s) are defective, you can repair. But if the board has I sealer applied, which would be good practice for marine applications, the choices are Very Limited.
I have a Powercore and some of the switches avail. PM me.

Not all those connectors are bussed through as you might expect, so it is completely normal to have no voltage on some outputs. Double check the connector that the keypad is actually plugged into, and you should see +12V. Any chance you lost track of which cable plugged into which connector?
