Cannot access CSR site without retrying

I am having a lot of trouble getting on the CSR site. My Browser indicates that it can't even find the site. If I wait a minute or two the site will come right up.

I don't know what causes this but if others are experiencing this, please post this here also.

I just had to click refresh to get the site up. Firefox is the browser.

I have the same experience, or when I want to open a post the same problems sometimes.

The strange thing about it is that sometimes I have no problems....

Do we have to wait for 26/8?

This problem is back today Jim. I really have to wait a long time before my browser can connect with CSR.
 
The site continues to be unavailable frequently during the day. Just this morning for about an hour. the browser just hangs and cannot connect. Happened yesterday a few times too.
 
Apparently something was just changed that should help this. If you still get the issue let me know.
 
It's noticeably better today, but still has problems.

edit: got an error posting this:

Could not connect to smtp host : 10060 : A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

I have not solved the debug error yet, this thread is regarding the server shutting down. I think there is another thread going about the debug mode and site emails. :smt021
