I’m not sure about your marina but there’s a growing number of FLIR cameras on boats in mine. You’d be surprised at some of the things I’ve seen on mine after dark

Can't hear it over the Portable Generator running

My portable genny is strapped to the bow with bungee cords, so when it's running I can't really hear it over the wind noise

I looked in PDX about a slip for just a couple of months. Biggest reason was they have a fenced secure area that I can park the pick up and trailer in a nasty part of town. Not only a full credit check but criminal with banking info attached and your home has to be owned by you and at least 5 years of owning it. Along with everything else they wanted. Even paying up front. My biggest issue is I pay cash for everything and have no real credit history. Only utilities. Hell I didn't even really want the slip, just the parking spot. Homeless have taken up everything and no place is safe in the public parking areas. Even the sheriff's patrol parking is not safe as I was told they stopped manning it after hours due to covid.
