Editing photos.

On the iPhone open the photo in the photos app and then click on "edit" at the top right. Then click on the icon of a circle with a marker tip in it at the top right and you can select the colors and whatnot from the bottom and then mark up the photo any which way you want.

Both, paint on PC and Android edit on phone.

Pixel 3 Android, click on pic, click Edit at the bottom, click the pen, chose a color, circle then save.

Possibly edit-tools-marker. But I have the pixel 6 pro. Use to have Samsung and there very close in how that works.

Open Google photos then pick one. Once open hit edit and scroll/swipe left til you see markup. Go to town...

OK, when I open one in Google photos and click on edit, I get 3 boxes "enhance", "warm" and "cool". There's also an icon for "Suggestions" but when I click on it nothing happens. It's like it's dead.

That's the line you swipe left. You'll see crop, tools, adjust, filters and then markup. Hit markup and you'll get my screenshot options of pen, highlighter and text.

Thanks again all, my daughter who knows all that stuff is re enacting The Electric Kool Aid Acid Test from the 70’s, traveling around the country in a van living the gypsy life. Last I saw she is in far upstate Maine, near Canada congregating with other lifestyle people. Kinda like a Cruising World sailor with a van instead of boat. wife said she will be staying with us for September on her way south for the winter. Last winter it was some island off the southern coast of Puerto Rico. I am so Farking jealous.
