Exterior hull window (acrylic) repair and/or replacement

I have an exterior window that was damaged by the shrink wrap over the winter. I am fairly certain they are acrylic and was wondering if they can be repaired. I also have one (#10 in the photo below) that needs to be replaced. I have the replacement piece from the PO but I am curious what type of caulk/sealants are needed and the process to remove and replace them. Has anyone replaced one of these? Thanks!
