Looking for good surveyor in southeast Florida, possibly good with Cats

Jeff Hahn did my survey, look him up on the internet I am sure you can find his #.

EDIT: although when you do look him up you will see some complaints, so scratch that. Don't want to recommend someone that has since become a bad surveyor, guess I will throw his card out now that I know this. Sorry about that.

Just a bit north of you I had a guy do a little Cat work. I was in Cocoa, but I think he came from Ft. Pierce.

I thought he was a good guy. I don't know if he does surveys but it wouldn't hurt to give him a call and see if he can help. If nothing else, he might recommend someone.

I used Gary Gillespie for a pair of 3126's about six years ago and was really happy with him. My survey was done in Stuart.

Chet was great and VERY thorough.

We used Chet on a survey in St Pete. Very nice guy, but forgot to put a couple things in the actual written survey that he told us about during the survey.

Gotcha. I guess the good news is, at least he told you beforehand :huh: From my experience each surveyor has a strong point and none are going to be perfect. That being said, I did like the 85 page report and the thermal imaging. I also used Gary Frankovich from Accurate Marine Surveys, he also did a decent job.
