I have a 1989 340 Express Cruiser and the galley windows leak...has anyone removed the windows and replaced the seals?

YES SEARCH SCORPIO POSTS HE TELLS HOW TO DO JUST DID MINE VERY HELPFUL POST EASY JOB ALSO

Yes it's very easy, but time consuming. Peal the outer rubber molding off to get to screws and use a putty knife to loosen the sealer and remove the window frame. Then do the same for the plexi-glass and clean all of the old glue off. Then use SikaFlex Sealer/Glue to reseal the window to the frame. Let setup for a few days and then use 3M 5200 to seal the frame to the boat.

Somewhere in the Classic Sea Ray threads is a part number sheet for the new window rubber and screw cover gaskets from Taylor Made products. I just did my windows this past winter, came out like new. You can buff the aluminum and re-seal that as well and it will look like new. Yes I only provided the highlights but that should do the trick. Good Luck!
