Gen runs won’t go online

My original 91’ quicksilver 8.0 diesel generator ( 2500 hrs ) runs great but :
1) It recently stopped putting out electricity while running. could not find any issues ( breaker, fuse, etc) to my knowledge of why.
2) I just cranked it today and gen runs great, still not getting power to boat.
Is there a secret breaker or fuse I don’t know about? 91 370 DB.

There should be a breaker on the unit itself that needs to be in the on position plus on some generators there are glass fuses for different things on the control panel as well.
