Nobody is allowed to take classified material home unless they have a valid use and proper means for storing them. The sitting President and VP have storage in both their official and vacation residences.
You seem to be conflating official records laws and regulations with classified material controls.

IMO, this is just a fix all solution, where they can get rid of Trump and Biden in one swoop, while claiming equal justice under the law. The moles were in place in the Biden admin and activated just before him announcing running.

again, he could have had documents that Obama declassified. You don’t know that Obama did or didn’t anymore than the you do Trump did. He says he did. He says a lot of shit.

Either way, the documents don’t fucking belong to Biden or Trump. They belong to us and should be under the control of NARA. In both cases.

 

As long as Obama is willing to come forward and say it. But if that is not the case Biden needs to be impeached at the very least.
