Will be in Panama City Panama this week for work. Welcome any suggestions for food or drink. Anyone need me to boat-sit, I'll be happy to help. Going to check out the locks if I can get out for the afternoon rush. Cheers!

I've only stayed overnight at the Intercontinental in Panama City. Nice hotel. We made a Panama Canal Cruise on Princess that was very interesting going through the locks and Gatun Lake. The new, larger locks are open now, but they were not yet last year when we made the cruise...

If your over on the beach side go to Firefly (nice place) for dinner. if you want to go local beach bar and see the sun set go to Schooner's (the last local beach bar & good music), local Mexican food Diego's Burrito Factory & Margarita Bar. Also Bayou on the Beach (New Orleans-style eatery & oyster bar) been a couple years sine we been here. Some of our favorites when down there to visit family ever year or two. We stay at Edgewater beach resort and they end up visiting us.:D

I haven't been over to the city side to eat in many years.

    Enjoy...
