That was on all the local channels yesterday and this morning. Must have basically drifted without power because it didn't take much in to get it floating again. I think it's still sitting there anchored.

 

Some of the reports indicate it was a problem with the electronic controls for the engines.

Maybe they have a Zeus joystick and it blew a fuse!

There was a guy out on N row trying to cover his golf cart and doing his best at turning himself into a human kite. I stopped and gave him a hand. He said he was about to give up as I pulled up.

 

Looks like light and variable winds all weekend at my end of the lake. . Of course, that means Lake St Clair will become a washing machine in the afternoons.

Erie can be rough, but so can Huron. Week of July 4, 2021, got caught in some fun stuff and was only running at 10 KNTS for about 6+ hours.

 

Yea, myself, my wife and our dog were excited to get off the boat (landed in Rogers City) and just take a breath to relax. Then of course, up early the next morning and off again.
