Live well and saltwater washdown.

Neither my livewell or the saltwater washdown will work on my 2006 290 Amberjack. Any idea where to start troubleshooting? is this a battery issue? I think both the livewel and the washdown are both 12v systems. Everything else is running fine. I've tried the livewell with engines on/off/ AC converter and dock power, and just battery power to no avail. Interesting enough, the livewell light comes on but no water flow.
Thanks,
Charlie

Not a battery issue since your other 12v accessories are working.
Is there a single pump serving both the livewell and the washdown, or separate ones?
First step is to check the circuit breaker(s)- have you done this?

I think it's a single pump for both. Checked the circuit breakers, and they looked fine. I didn't take off the circuit board to look for corrosion yet

I see you posted this elsewhere, but since this is general troubleshooting I don't think Chelepop would mind me on her forum...

Let me back up- you say no water flow- but have you put your ears near the pump to see if it's running? Could be something as simple as a clogged intake or strainer, or a closed seacock that you forgot to open.

If the pump insn't running ,start with basic electrical troubleshooting. Take a multimeter (buy one if you don't have, or you can use a test buzzer or light) to make sure you've got voltage at the breaker, and out of the switch when it's in the "on" position. If you've got voltage there, next check for voltage at the pump (switch "on"). If you've got voltage at the pump, but it doesn't operate, the pump is bad. What type of pump did SR install?

Hello. I just got an 2005 AJ. My live well and bait sink water works fine. I cannot get the either spigot the freshwater or seawater to pump ?? Any thoughts ? I think it’s 1 pump for everything. At the main breaker I only have 1 switch “water pump”
