Looking at a 76 240 SDB in the PNW

My wife and I are heading north in the morning to check out a 1976 SRV 240 Sedan Bridge outfitted nicely and loved for 22 years by the second owner.

It is moored on the Columbia and we’ll be doing a sea trial straightaway. Pretty excited and also freaked out. This will be boat #2.

Wish me luck; I’ve eyeballed SRVs for a few years now and I’m hoping reality matches fantasy once we are in front of the thing.

On Bridgeton Rd. Such a cool little community there. Sadly, we found right away the boat wasn’t for us. We really need a larger vessel than a 240.

Is Bridgeton Rd in PDX?
